More sad news from Gallup…The latest global ratings are dismal.┬áThe majority of employees worldwide, i.e. 63% are “not engaged.” and are unlikely to invest effort into achieving your organization’s mission or vision.┬áMoreover the 24% that are “actively disengaged” at work are unproductive, unhappy and likely to be upsetting their coworkers.

Managers worldwide need to raise employee engagement levels. By adopting a more coach-centric approach managers can help raise those levels by giving their workers more:
